Qualification improvement of the employees in "Peltina" Ltd.

The project for improving the quality, flexibility and productivity of the jobs in Peltina Ltd. is aimed at increasing the qualification and improvement of the skills of the employees in the enterprise. As a result of updating the knowledge and validation of the acquired competencies of the employees, to achieve flexibility and sustainable improvement of the quality of the working processes. The current project provides access to high quality training for employees, which will lead to better career development opportunities, employment protection and prevention of the risk of exclusion of vulnerable groups on the labor market (people with secondary and lower education and persons over 54); Increasing productivity and safety at work, and hence life quality. By this project the management of "Peltina" Ltd. wishes to organize trainings on the priority sectors for the economy. 72 persons will be trained in professional competences through modern trainings, which will also lead to the personal growth of learners. The project envisages providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons in the following professions in the food industry as: 1) 5210415 Mechanical fitter "Machinery and equipment for chemical and food processing" - II SPC - 8 persons; 2) 5410601 Technician-Quality Technologist "Quality Control of Food" - III SPC - 5 persons; 3) 5410204 Operator in Food Industry "Production of canned food" - part of a second SPC occupation - 30 persons divided into two study groups; 4) 5410501 Worker in Food Processing Industry - I SPC - 30 persons, divided into two study groups; The necessary organizational and management activities as well as the visualization and publicity of the project will be carried out as required by the program.
