Improvement of the competencies of the employees of Nemetschek OOD by organizing foreign language education courses

The main objective of the project is to increase the ability of the target group of employees of Nemetschek OOD to meet the rapid changes on the labor market. The specific preject's objectives are: - Improving skills and competencies of the target group of employees of Nemetschek in accordance with the company's current needs; - Increasing the labor productivity of the target group of employees in Nemetschek OOD; - Ensuring sustainable employment and higher quality of the working conditions in Nemetschek OOD. The main project’s activity is: Providing education in key competencies for employees in Nemetschek OOD according to the European Qualifications Framework on Key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages". The project's target group includes 70 employees of Nemetschek OOD on labor contract. The target group meets the specific indicator: "Employed participants, including self-employed in priority sectors of the economy". The main identified needs of the target group are: - Need to acquire key competencies and in particular to improve the written and spoken language skills of the target group with a specific practical focus, connected to the specifics of their work; - Need to improve quality of work and achieve higher labor productivity in order to: achieve better company results and better career opportunities; - Need for sustainable employment ensured by the employer in long-term period as well as better working conditions. The expected results from the project’s implementation are as follows: - Acquiring new key competences by the target group, matching the needs of the company; - Increasing the labor productivity of the persons in the target group and the company as a whole; - Ensuring sustainable employment and high quality working conditions in Nemetschek Ltd.; - Increasing the ability of the target group in Nemetschek OOD to meet the rapid changes in the labor market.
