The present project will satisfy the need to improve the qualification of the key employees of two of the structuring companies in the field of commercial trading - Technopolis Bulgaria EAD and Praktiker Retail Ltd. The overall objective of the project is to increase productivity and quality of work and to create conditions for sustainable employment in enterprises. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: - Improve ICT skills for 908 employees in key positions in both companies by conducting digital competence training; - increase the efficiency of enterprises in the data processing and information exchange process by acquiring in-depth new knowledge on the specifics of working with office suite applications and specialized software and programs that can ease the employees day-to-day work and by that way make them work more structured and easy; - to increase the quality of work and, respectively, the nature of the services provided by investing in additional qualifications; - to increase the motivation and confidence of personnel who, as a result of the training, can better develop and show their potential. Target group includes 908 persons of the two companies / 666 from Technopolis Bulgaria and 242 from Praktiker Retail /2 are over 54 years and 518 persons have secondary education / here are included as number and the 2 persons over 54 years/ . The main activities are related to organizing and conducting training for the acquisition of key competences 4 - Digital competence, project management activities, information and publicity.
