IMPROVEMENT OF QUALITY, FLEXIBILITY AND PRODUCTIVITY IN RILATEX LTD.' WORK PLACES

The project for improving the quality, flexibility and productivity of the jobs in Rilatex Ltd. is aimed at increasing the qualification and improvement of the skills of 105 of the employees in the enterprise. As a result of updating the knowledge and validation of the acquired competencies of the employees, to achieve flexibility and sustainable improvement of the quality of the working processes. The current project provides access to high quality training for employees, which will lead to better career development opportunities, employment protection and prevention of the risk of exclusion of vulnerable groups on the labor market (people with secondary and lower education and persons over 54); Increasing productivity and safety at work, and hence life quality. The project envisages the following activities: 1. Providing vocational training to acquire or enhance the professional qualification of employed persons in the following professions: 1.1) 542040 Modeling technologist of clothing - ІІІ PCL - 15 people, 1.2) 542090 Worker in the clothing industry - I PCL - 30 people, 1.3) 542120 Tailor - І PCL - 45 people. 2. Providing Key Competency Training 2 "Communicating in Foreign Languages" - 15 people. The project provides opportunities for employees to participate in trainings conducted in accordance with modern learning trends and besides acquiring professional and language competences will also lead to their personal growth. Quality training will invariably contribute to meet the company's needs for building a knowledge-based economy and developing the potential of the employees, which is part of Rilatex's personnel policy.
