Increasing the competitiveness and adaptability to the changes in the labor market of the staff of VICTORS 11 LTD.

The project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms aimed at enhancing the ability of "VICTORS 11" LTD employees to build adequate labor market behavior related to the rapid changes occurring as a result of globalization, current business needs, technological change, aging of the population and others. The project aims to provide training for the employees in the company to acquire or increase their professional qualification and training on key competencies. The trainings are fully in line with the employer's need, the company's business and the current needs of the business sector in the manufacture of outerwear. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting the employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and Working skills. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training for improving the professional qualification for part of the "Tailor" profession; -Providing training to acquire KC2 "Communication in foreign languages"; -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. The activities are for inclusion in training and equal opportunities of representatives of the project target group - 150 persons employed. The activities envisaged are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal - increasing the ability of the employees to face the coming changes in the labor market, improving the quality of the workforce and its competitiveness. The implementation of the activities will achieve the results planned for the project: - higher adequacy of the labor skills of the employees, taking into account the current needs of the business; - increased productivity of labor; - creating conditions for better jobs and sustainable employment.
