Increasing the professional qualification of the staff of AES-X Ltd.

The project proposal is aimed at raising the professional qualification and acquiring key competencies of 18 of the employees of AES-X Ltd., Sofia. This fully meets the priorities of the HRD Program 2014-2020, namely- Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups, updating and modernizing the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce. Project target group - 18 employees in the following training sessions: 1. Code 622030 Planting gardener, Code 6220301 Landscaping and floriculture, first DPQ - 9 persons; 2. Code 346010 Office Manager, Code 3460101 Business Administration, third DPQ - 1 person; 3. Code 851010 Ecology, Code 8510101 Ecology and environmental protection, third DPQ - 2 persons; 4. Code 344030 Accountant, Code 3440301 Accounting, third DPQ - 2 persons; 5. Code 525020 Fitter of transport equipment, Code 5250201 Autotransport equipment - second DPQ - 4 persons; 6. Training on KC4 - Digital Competence of 18 employees: Topic: - Working with basic word processing programs and speadsheets; - Working with presentation and publication programs. Purpose of the project: Training for improving the professional qualification and increasing the ability of the employees of AES-X Ltd., Sofia, to meet the rapid changes on the labor market. Activities and measures to achieve the objectives: 1. Conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualification. 2. Conducting training to acquire key competencies. 3. Organization and management activity. 4. Information and communication activities. The training will contribute to the following results: 1. Increasing the competitiveness of each individual in the labor market; 2. Increasing knowledge and skills according to the needs of the business; 3. Increased productivity; 4. Establish conditions for sustainable employment and respectively the getting better jobs.
