"Qualified employees at ESM GROUP LTD."

EMS GROUP Ltd. has priority major economic activity falling under the Eco-Economy Sector code 43.99 Other specialized construction activities, not elsewhere classified. The project aims to improve the working environment of the company by providing training for the upgrading of qualifications and training on key competence to 33 employees, which in turn will contribute to improving the quality of jobs and will directly affect the productivity of labor in Enterprise. The objectives of the project are also linked to the upgrade of the knowledge of the employees related to the individual workplace and the acquisition of new knowledge. Achieving the intended objectives and indicators under the project will be implemented through the following activities: 1. Providing vocational training for acquiring or enhancing vocational qualification in the first degree in the "Construction Assistant" profession 2. Providing vocational training for acquisition or promotion of the professional qualification of the second degree by profession "Builder-installer" 3. Providing of vocational training for acquisition or improvement of the professional qualification by third degree in "Building technician" 4. Learning to Acquire Key Competence 2 "Foreign Language Communication" to 33 Employees . Lifelong learning is a process of continuous, deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills. Improving skills contributes to the successful realization of people in the labor market, to their retention and especially to the enhancement of their career development opportunities. They contribute to rapid cohesion in the context of the European Union, which is based on mutual understanding, tolerance for differences and active civil society.
