Increasing the professional qualification of the staff of RTK Ltd.

The project proposal is aimed at raising the professional qualification of 16 of the employees of RTK Ltd., Sofia. This fully meets the priorities of the HRD Program 2014-2020, namely- Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups, updating and modernizing the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce. Project target group - 16 employees in the following training sessions: 1. Code 346010 Office Manager, Code 3460101 Business Administration Third DPQ - 1 person 2. Code 851010 Ecology, Code 8510101 Ecology and environmental protection Third DPQ - 1 person 3. Code 525020 Fitter of transport equipment , Code 5250201 Autotransport equipment - Second DPQ- 9 persons 4. Key Competence 2 "Communication in a Foreign Language" - 5 persons 5. Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence" - 11 persons The training will contribute to the following results: - Increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees in the company, according to the needs of the business; - Increasing the competitiveness of trained employees; - Increased productivity; - Conditions for better quality jobs; - Conditions for sustainable employment. Activities and measures to achieve the objectives: 1. Conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualification. 2. Conducting training to acquire key competencies. 3. Organization and management activity. 4. Information and communication activities.
