Training of the personnel of "Haritoni "LTD, according to the current needs of the business"

The project proposal is fully focused and aims at enhancing the ability of the employees in Haritoni LTD to develop skills to meet the dynamics of the current labor market pace related to the rapidly changing changes resulting from globalization, the current needs of the business, the technological and information Changes, population aging, etc. The project is aimed at providing training for the employees in the company to acquire or increase their professional qualification and training on key competencies. The training will be tailored to the needs of the employer, the company's business and the current business needs of the fish and seafood trade. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and Working skills. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training to increase the professional qualification for part of the profession "Trade Representative"; -Providing training to acquire KC2 "Communication in Foreign Languages"; -Information and communication; -Organization and project management. The activities are for training and equal opportunities of representatives of the project target group - 8 employees. The envisaged activities are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal, increasing the ability of the employed to meet the changes in the labor market, improving the quality of the workforce and their competitiveness. With the implementation of the activities, the planned results will be achieved: - increased adequacy of the employees' employment skills, tailored to the current needs of the business; - increased productivity of labor; - creating conditions for better jobs and sustainable employment.
