Increasing the knowledge, skills and productivity of the employees in Express Securities LTD

The project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms aimed at enhancing the ability of the employees of EXPRESS SECURITY SOD LTD to develop adequate labor market behavior related to the rapid changes resulting from globalization, current business needs, technological changes, aging The population and others. The project is aimed at providing training for the employees in the company to acquire or increase their professional qualification and training on key competencies. The training fully corresponds to the employer's need, the company's business and the current needs of the business sector of security activities. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and Working skills. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training to enhance the professional qualification of part of a profession: "Security". -Providing training to acquire KC4 "Digital Competence". -Information and communication; -Organization and project management. The activities are for inclusion in training and equal opportunities of representatives of the project target group - 150 persons employed. The activities envisaged are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal - increasing the ability of the employees to face the coming changes in the labor market, improving the quality of the workforce and its competitiveness. The following activities will be achieved through the implementation of the activities: - increased adequacy and work skills; - increased productivity of labor; - created conditions for quality jobs and sustainable employment.
