Improvement of the knowledge and skills of the employees of BALKANTEKS EAD through training for professional qualification and key competencies

The integration of the Bulgarian labor market into the single European market, the rapid penetration of new inf. And communication technologies and the ongoing restructuring processes of the national economy raise the question of the ability of employees to face upcoming changes. In this respect, the employers' requirements towards the workforce in terms of skills for working with the new production, information and communication technologies, as well as the knowledge of foreign languages ​​are constantly increasing. The objectives of this project address the main problem - the lack of qualified jobs in the labor market, offering opportunities for sustainable and long-term development; Target group are employees, self employed and employed persons in BALKANTEKS EAD, with a sphere of activity in production of other clothing and clothing apparel. In conducting the training, the employer will ensure that at least 50% of the persons enrolled in training meet at least one of the following requirements:  - Have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4  - Being over 54 years of age The general objective: To increase the professional qualification and the key competencies of the employees of BALKANTEKS EAD in order to achieve higher efficiency and productivity in the working process.
