"Investments in the human capital of "Hlebozavod Pleven" LTD, active in the sector of the processing industry with higher added value of labor"

The project proposal has been developed to meet the need for highly qualified staff, increase labor productivity and quality of the products produced in "Hlebozavod Pleven" LTD, aiming to increase the ability of the employees in the company to build skills to meet the dynamic changes of labor market. Project target group: 90 employees in the applicant's company. The project is aimed at providing training to employees to acquire or enhance their professional qualifications and training on key competencies. The training will correspond to the need of the employer, the company's activity and the current needs of the business in the priority sector - the production of bread and bakery products. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the objectives and priorities set out in the HRD OP 2014-2020 and is aimed at supporting the employees to meet the changing changes and the ever-increasing requirements of the employer towards the workforce in terms of knowledge and Working skills. Objectives of the project: increasing the adequacy - increased adequacy of the labor skills of the employees, taking into account the current needs of the applicant and the business; - increased productivity of labor; of the skills of the employed and their ability to meet the changes in the labor market. Expected results: - acquired and improved skills of a total of 90 persons; - creating conditions for better jobs and sustainable employment. The main activities of the project are: -Providing training for the promotion of professional qualification for part of the profession "Trade Representative", specialty "Wholesale and Retail"; -Providing training to acquire KC4 "Digital Competence"; -Information and communication; -Organisation and project management. The activities envisaged are entirely aimed at achieving the objectives of the project proposal and will have a positive impact on the target group, the employer and society as a whole.
