"Improved professional qualification and productivity of the employees in KM Shoes Ltd"

KM Shoes Ltd was founded in 2013 and started to operate commercially in 2014. It is specialized in the production of women and man’s sport shoes, and its production is mainly exported. And therefore, most of the customers are companies based in Western Europe. For this short period KM Shoes Ltd managed to attract ambitious team of professionals and to satisfy the high expectations of its customers, by offering an optimal ratio between high quality and price of the produced goods. In 2017 the company is employing more than 45 persons. The Candidate has experience in the field of Human Resource Management – recruitment of employees, to follow the labor laws and the health and safety regulations, to organize introductory trainings and such for maintaining and improving the qualification of the staff. The company policy is aimed to secure an adequate system for motivation and compensation of the employees and equal opportunities for professional development. Those policies are in full accordance to the national laws and regulations, and they are helping the meet the need for higher productivity, adaptability of the workforce and respectively its competitiveness in the context of the strategy goals of the strategy Europe 2020. With this project proposal KM Shoes Ltd wants to secure: - Training for a professional qualification for 25 persons from the target group; - Training for acquiring a Core competence 2 “Communicating in foreign languages” for 15 persons from the target group; - Training for acquiring a Core competence 4 “Digital skills” for 25 persons from the target group; In this project are included activities related to its organization and management and actions for providing information and securing publicity in accordance to the Single Guidance for Beneficiaries. In all project activities are included measures for implementing the horizontal principles for equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
