Improvement of the professional qualification of the employees in Megatours -1

The project "Enhancing the professional qualification of the employees in Megatours-1" Ltd. has as main objective "To provide the opportunity for the employees in Megatours-1 Ltd. to increase their professional qualification and abilities in the field of construction and finishing works ". Specific Objectives are: 1. To provide the opportunity to form new knowledge and skills and to acquire the professional qualification of a total of 45 employees in a perspective area for professional realization, such as construction. 2. To provide the opportunity to form key competences for communication in a foreign language to a total of 10 persons employed by Megatours-1 Ltd. Activities are: 1. Conducting training for acquisition of professional qualification of the employees in Megatours - 1 Ltd. 2. Conducting training on key foreign language competence of part of the employees in the administration of Megatours-1 Ltd. By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: 1) 1 company with objects throughout the country will increase the qualification of its staff; 2) A total of 45 persons employed (of which at least 70% of them with secondary and / or lower education) occupying different positions will acquire a second qualification degree in the following professions: -14 people will acquire a professional qualification in the profession "Builder-installer" (code 582040); -23 people will acquire a professional qualification in the profession "Stroitel" (code 582030); -8 people will acquire professional qualification in the profession "Installer of water supply and sewerage networks" (code 582050)  -10 people from the administration will undergo training on key competency - a foreign language (English). 3) As a result of the implementation of the project activities, sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of the employed in the labor market will be ensured, meeting the needs of the business sector in the field of construction.
