Trainings to the employees for improvement of the competitiveness of Zhossi Jsc. in the new social and economic reality

Zhossi Jsc. has over a 30-year long history in the production of child, women, and man’s sport and occupational footwear. In 2017 the company is employing more than 180 persons. The Candidate has 30 year of experience in the field of Human Resource Management – recruitment of employees, to follow the labor laws and the health and safety regulations, to organize introductory trainings and such for maintaining and improving the qualification of the staff. Zossi Jsc. has at its disposal the needed highly qualified and skilled administrative personal to perform all those tasks. The company policy is aimed to secure an adequate system for motivation and compensation of the employees and equal opportunities for professional development. Those policies are in full accordance to the national laws and regulations, and they are helping the meet the need for higher productivity, adaptability of the workforce and respectively its competitiveness in the context of the strategy goals of the strategy Europe 2020. With this project proposal Zhossi Jsc. wants to secure: - Training for a professional qualification for 85 persons from the target group - Training for acquiring a Core competence 2 “Communicating in foreign languages” for 30 persons from the target group - Training for acquiring a Core competence 4 “Digital skills” for 85 persons from the target group In this project are included activities related to its organization and management and actions for providing information and securing publicity in accordance to the Single Guidance for Beneficiaries. In all project activities are included measures for implementing the horizontal principles for equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
