New chance for development and improvement of employees in Ashtar Ltd.

The aim of the company is to support its staff, create new opportunities for their realization and sustain their economic and social status. For the realization of its goals Ashtar Ltd. decided to participate in the present training "Employee Training". The company's business activity code is 56.10 - 100%, and the company is committed to training 46 employees in the company, with most of them having a lower level Higher than average). For 31 employees of Ashtar, courses for professional qualification will be organized. 31 people working in the company will be included in foreign language training, and 4 Will be trained in digital competency - "computer literacy". The project envisages the following activities: 1) Providing of professional training for acquiring or increasing the professional qualification of employed persons - 3 types of training for professions - 811070 Cook - 8110701 Production of Culinary products and beverages - II SPK - 6 pcs; 811060 Restaurant - 8110602 Production and service in the catering and entertainment establishments - IIISPK- 20 pcs. And 811080 Waiter-Bartender - 8110801 Catering for Catering - II SPK-5pcs. And 2) Learning to acquire a key. Competences of Key Competency Employees 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English, German, Russian, French and Italian for a total of 31 persons and Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence" - 4 Employee. The present project will significantly contribute to creating conditions for increasing the professional qualification of the employees in the company, which will motivate them and improve their quality of work. Duration of project implementation: 16 months. The amount required for the project - direct and indirect costs is 79090,00 BGN.
