Increasing the professional qualification of the employees in BMS GROUP LTD

The project "Improving the professional qualification of the employees in BMS Group Ltd." has as its main purpose "To give the employees of BMS GROUP the opportunity to increase their professional qualification and abilities in the field of restaurant services". Specific Objectives are: 1. To provide the opportunity for the formation of new knowledge and skills and the acquisition of the professional qualification of a 180 employees in a perspective area for professional realization, such as restaurant services. 2. Ensure the possibility of forming key competences for communication in a foreign language to a total of 176 persons employed by BMS Group Ltd These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Acquiring professional qualification of the employees in BMS Group Ltd 2. Conduct training on key foreign language competence of the employed By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: 1) 1 company with objects throughout the country will increase the qualification of its staff 2) A total of 180 persons employed (of which at least 50% of them with secondary and/or lower education) occupying different positions will acquire 2nd and 3rd qualification degree in the following professions: - 25 people from the position of Cooks are expected to undergo training for acquiring the profession "Restaurant" (code 811060); - 40 people from the positions - Cooks and 25 Workers in the kitchen will undergo training to acquire the profession "Cook" (code 811070) - 69 people. From the position - Cashier, 17 Salon governor and 4 from administration will undergo training for the acquisition of the profession "Financial accountant" (code 343020) and training in key competency - language 3) As a result of the implementation of the project activities, sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of the employees in the labor market will be ensured, meeting the needs of the business sector in the sphere of restaurants
