Training for employees in SM Trade 2000 LTD

In recent years, CM Trade 2000 has expanded its activities in the field of wholesale and retail trade. The quality of the workforce affects the quality of the business service - The more employees know and can, the higher the level of customer service. Higher culture, education and qualification of workers also lead to higher labor productivity and higher economic results with minimal costs. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of the commercial service by enhancing the qualification and improving the skills and knowledge of the staff. Satisfying this need is one of the main goals of the project. Through the implementation of the activities envisaged under the project: 1. Selection of employees for inclusion in vocational training; 2. Choosing a training organization; 3. Conducting training in the profession "Seller - consultant", specialty "Seller - consultant" It will be possible to achieve the overall objective of the project. The expected results from its implementation are increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees, and hence their and the company's adaptability and competitiveness. The target group to be included in the project is 60 employees in the applicant company and at least 50% of them will meet at least one of the requirements: not to have higher than average education and / or to be older Over 54 years old During the execution of the project and included activities CM Trade 2000 will use the experience gained over years of experience in implementing similar activities and will ensure strict compliance with the horizontal principles of HRD OP - equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
