Investments in the human capital of Tekkeramik-M JSC - a guarantee for a successful business

Through the HRD OP 2014-2020 and the support of the ESF, the current project aims at achieving sustainable employment, increasing the adaptability and competitiveness of the employees of "Tekeramik-M" AD by actively developing and improving their professional and Key skills. The project will contribute to providing a flexible and skilled workforce capable of responding to the challenges of both the dynamically developing market in Bulgaria and the priorities of Europe 2020 and priority area 9 of the European Strategy for the Development of the Danube Region. By promoting the results achieved, the project proposal will encourage investment in human capital and promote the practice of lifelong learning. Human capital is the most important for the development and competitiveness of each company. The ambition of implementing the best practices and the highest standards of customer service, which implies continuous development, training and improvement, is part of the company's plans. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on both direct and indirect beneficiaries, attracted stakeholders, employers in and outside the industry, the community, etc. in a local and regional aspect. The management of the company places the following activities for the realization of this project: - Improvement of the professional qualification of 99 persons through training in part of a profession; - Acquisition of key competencies of 142 employees of the applicant company; - Raising awareness and attracting the attention of the employers in the country to the positive effect of investments in the capacity of the employees; - Organization and successful management of project activities. The successful implementation of the planned activities relies on the financial support of the ESF, through the "Employee Training" procedure under OP "Human Resources Development".
