Improvement of the knowledge and skills of the "WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE - VIDIN" LTD employees through training for professional qualification and key

The integration of the Bulgarian labor market into the single European market, the rapid penetration of the new information and communication technologies and the ongoing restructuring processes of the national economy raise the question of the ability of the employees to face the changes that are taking place. In this respect, the employers' requirements towards the workforce in terms of skills for working with the new production, information and communication technologies, as well as the knowledge of foreign languages ​​are constantly increasing. The objectives of this project address the main problem of this group - the lack of qualified jobs in the labor market, offering opportunities for sustainable and long-term development; Target group are employees, self-employed and employed in Vidin Vidin EOOD, with a sphere of activity in the priority sector of ecological economy with Code 36.00 Collection, treatment and supply of water. The overall objective of the project proposal is to increase the professional qualification and key competencies of the employees of Vidin VOD Ltd. in order to achieve higher efficiency and productivity in the working process.
