The main activity of Fast Services Bulgaria Ltd. is the provision of centers for complete cleaning of cars and light trucks. The main objective of the company for 2017 is to optimize the operation of the built car cleaning centers. The management of the company understands that the success of their business depends on the people who work in this company and represent it on the market. In order to be able to use time, financial, administrative and human resources rationally, special knowledge, understanding of the tasks and training of the employees are necessary. The present project aims to increase the ability of the employees of Fast Services Bulgaria Ltd., which are a priority target group, to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of dynamic technological development, globalization, aging, etc. The objectives of the project are fully in line with the objectives of OPHRD improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing the services offered and enhancing social inclusion. The expected outcome of the training courses is for employees to acquire all the knowledge and skills needed to carry out their daily tasks, build trust between leadership and employees, and motivate them to develop. The project envisages the following activities: training courses for acquiring professional qualification, training for acquisition of digital competences and communication in foreign languages, intended for 45 permanent employees who do not belong to the priority sector but more than 50% of them have completed educational Grade lower than ISCED 4 (they not have higher than average education). For this purpose, the company provides for the training to be carried out by an external contractor,a vocational training center with an active National Agency for Vocational Education and Training license for the professions and/or specialties under which the training will take place.
