Increasing the professional qualification of "YASKO COMMERCE" Ltd.

The project "Improving the Professional Qualification of the Employed in" YASKO COMMERCE "Ltd. has as its main objective" To give employees the opportunity to increase their professional qualification and capabilities in the field of trade ". In order to achieve the general objective, a specific objective 1 was set out, namely: To provide the opportunity to form new knowledge, skills and professional qualification of a total of 110 persons employed in "YASKO COMMERCE" Ltd. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Making selection of external contractor for conducting vocational training; 2. Conducting training for acquiring the professional qualification of the employed persons in YASKO COMMERCE Ltd. By implementing these activities, the following measurable results will be achieved: 1) A company from Sofia will increase the qualification of its staff; 2) Total 110 persons employed (of which at least 60% of them with secondary education) in "YASKO COMMERCE" Ltd., holding 11 different positions, working in Sofia , Blagoevgrad and Vratsa will acquire the 3rd qualification degree in the profession "Trade Representative" (341040). 3) As a result of the implementation of the project activities, sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of the employed in the labor market will be ensured, meeting the needs of business in the commercial sphere.
