The project will provide for opportunities for sustainable employment of 241 employees of Agropolychim by enhancing their knowledge and skills in line with the changes in the company. In this regard, they will be involved in trainings for acquiring professional qualifications and key competencies that will ensure their retention and, above all, enhance their career development capabilities. The project target group mainly includes long-time employees of the company who need to update their skills to in order to meet the current needs of their employer. As a result from the provided training opportunities for acquiring of the necessary qualifications and key competencies, employees will adapt more quickly and effectively to the increased requirements of their positions. In turn, participation in lifelong learning activities will contribute to their personal and social development and will increase their motivation for successful professional realization. Thanks to the more skilled workforce, Agropolychim will be able to realize the planned strategic investments and take full advantage of the introduced new production, information and communication technologies. The project will meet the growing needs of the company for employees with high general and specific skills, which will increase its competitiveness through more efficient use of inputs and raw materials.
