In order to be competitive in its field of development, a company must keep track of innovation and innovation in its field by constantly striving to provide the necessary conditions for its employees in order to update their knowledge and skills and to adequately position them on the market of labor. This is precisely the main objective of the project "Through learning to prosperity": To increase the qualification of the persons employed in Borovan Ltd. in response to the contemporary challenges such as globalization, technological changes, aging of the population, leading to Increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise and creating the conditions for better jobs and sustainable employment. The project "Through learning to prosperity" is in line with the strategic goal of OP "Human Resources Development" to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing productivity, access to quality Education and enhancement of social inclusion, including activities aimed at continuing investment in staff development as an important element of the human resource management policy of the applicant organization. The main activities that will be realized in order to achieve the objectives set in the project proposal are training in acquiring professional qualification and key competency. The project target group includes 110 persons hired on a labor contract at Borivan Ltd. of which over 50% do not have higher education than average and/or are over 54 years of age.
