"Qualification improvement of employed persons at “Security Group 555” EOOD - guarantee for employment and sustainability"

The main objective of the project is to enhance the ability of the employed persons to meet the rapid changes taking place on the labour market as a consequence of structural factors such as globalization, technological changes, population ageing though improvement of the equal access to lifelong learning opportunities, upgrade knowledge, skills and competences, as well as to promote flexible learning processes. Specific objectives–to increase skill efficiency of the employed persons consistent with the current needs of “Security Group 555” EOOD through acquiring of professional qualification and key competences by 16 employed persons, provision of permanent employment and improvement of the quality of work places. The project includes activities related to the achievement of certain objectives – providing professional training for acquiring professional qualification in part of the profession “Security Guard”, major “Body Guard of Sites” and the profession “Office Secretary”, major “Administrative Service”. To improve the quality of the jobs, training in key competence 4 “Digital competence”. The project includes activities for the provision of information and publicity, as well as activities for organization and management of the project.The results of the this project will reflect into increased skill efficiency of 16 employed persons consistent with the current needs of the company, labour productivity will increase, conditions for stable employment will be established, there will be quality job placement, as well as efficiency and competitive advantage of “Security Group 555” EOOD. Skill improvement will contribute to the successful labour market employment prospects of the persons, their retention, and mainly the increased opportunity for their career development. All this will support the processes of rapid cohesion in the context of the European Union, which is based on the mutual understanding, tolerance to differences, and active civil society.
