Development of high-quality jobs by enhancing professional competence of human capital

Overall objective: enhancing the ability of employees at SFA CSC Sofia 3, SFA CSC Sofia 1 and SFA CSC Sofia 2 to meet the rapid changes at the labour market as a result of structural factors such as globalization, technological change, ageing of population by provision of training in professional qualification and competence 4 "Digital competence". The specific objectives are: enhancing professional qualification and adaptability of 134 employees by provision of trainings for acquiring professional qualification; enhancing the qualification and competences of 85 employees by provision of training focused on work with specialized automotive diagnostic software to universal diagnostic equipment Bosch“; enhancing qualification and competences of 12 employees by provision of training focused on work with project management software Egroupware; enhancing qualification and competences of 37 employees by provision of training focused on work with resources management software Autonavigator. The project objectives will be accomplished by realizing the activities:1.Provision of professional training for acquiring professional qualification of employees, incl. 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees; 2.Training of employees in key competence 4 Digital competence, incl. work with 3 types of specialized software. The project results are: Acquired professional qualification, improved and developed professional competences of 134 employees: 49 employees at SFA CSK Sofia 3, 43 employees at SFA CSK Sofia 1, 42 employees at SFA CSK Sofia 2, incl. employees with educational degree lower than ISCED 4 - at SFA CSK Sofia 1-62,79%; at SFA CSK Sofia 2-54,76%; at SFA CSK Sofia 3-73,47%; enhanced qualification and competences of 85 employees to work with specialized automotive software to equipment Bosch; enhanced qualification and competences of 12 employees to work with Egroupware; enhanced qualification and competences of 37 employees to work with Autonavigator software.
