Enhancement of the ability of the employees of Hotel International AD to meet the rapid changes in the labor market through training in key competency 2 "Foreign language learning"

Providing an opportunity to acquire and increase the professional qualification and the adequacy of the skills of the employees, in line with the current needs of the business. Creating conditions for increasing labor productivity for more sustainable employment, as well as for better jobs. The objective of the project is to increase the ability of employees to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of structural factors such as globalization, technological change, aging by acquiring a key competence 2 in "Foreign Language Communication" by employed persons. The target groups targeted by the project are two: - Employees with medium and lower education and / or 54 years of age (50%) - Employees in connection with the fulfillment of their direct duties and the explicit need for free fluency (50%) The activities under the project are: - Learning to acquire Key Competency 2 "Foreign Language Communication" - Organization and management of the project - Information and communication Results: Improving the knowledge and skills of the employees, which will contribute to their retention, enhancement of the career development opportunities and the level of job satisfaction. Total number of employees has acquired competence under key competence 2 "Foreign Language Communication" - 60 persons employed, including: - persons with medium and lower education and / or aged over 54 - 30 employees - other employees with a justified need for training in key competencies 2 related to their direct debts - 30 employees
