Increasing the professional qualification of the employees in Apies Produkt Ltd

This project proposal is aimed at improving the professional qualification and the acquiring of key competencies of the employees in "Apies Produkt" Ltd., Montana. This is fully in line with the priorities set by the HRD Program 2014-2020, namely: Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups in formal, non-formal and unofficial learning, updating and modernizing knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, and promoting flexible learning processes, including through career guidance and validation of the acquired competencies. In the company "Apies Produkt" Ltd, Montana are working 18 people. Project target group - 10 employees. In order to increase their educational level and key competencies the following trainings are going to be conducted: 1. Training of 10 people for the profession "Machine operator" code 521030, specialty "Metal cutting machines" code 5210301, second DPQ. 2. Training of 10 people for KC4 - Digital Competence, Topic: Computer Training for Beginners. Purpose of the project: Training to increase the professional qualification and increase the ability of the employees in Apies Produkt Ltd to meet the forthcoming rapid changes in the labor market - 10 people. Activities and measures to achieve the objectives: 1. Training for acquiring professional qualification. 2. Training for acquiring key competencies. 3. Organization and management activity. 4. Information and publicity activities. Planned results: 1. Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employees according to the actual needs of the company. 2. Increasing labor productivity of workers. 3. Creating conditions for sustainable employment and career development. 4. Find better quality jobs. 5. 10 employees who have acquired a professional qualification in the "Machine Operator" profession. 6. 10 employees who have acquired KC4 - Digital Competence.
