Investments for European Quality and Productivity in KAN-UCHTEHSPORT-BULGARIA LTD

The objectives of the project proposal are fully in line with the objectives of the Operational Program "Human Resources Development" - to improve the quality of life of the people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing productivity, access to quality education and Lifelong learning and enhancing social inclusion. The activities of the project will ensure the increase of the professional qualification of 24 employees, which will contribute to increasing their employability. At the same time, the training for candidate employees will expand the company's capabilities and capacity to manage EU-funded projects. The priorities of this project directly correspond to the priorities set in Priority Axis 1 "Improving Access to Employment and the Quality of Workplaces" and Area of ​​Intervention 117 through the enhancement of vocational training (Activity 1) 10 persons in English (Activity 2). The implementation of the activities set out in the project will lead to the development of capacity and increase the adaptability of the workforce to the changes in working conditions and to the needs of the labor market. Ensuring sustainable employment for 30 people in a prosperous sector such as the furniture industry will increase the self-confidence of the target group's representatives. The development of the economy in the country requires new working skills to achieve competitiveness under open market conditions. This project aims to give a chance to the project's employees by giving them the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills. Students will become a competitive workforce, which is a guarantee for sustainability of results and European quality and productivity. For the successful implementation of the planned activities, the ESF financial support is relied on through the OPDHR Training for Employees.
