Upgrading the knowledge and skills of workers in "Geril Montazh - Ahmed Veli Kesim"

"Geril Montazh- Ahmed Veli Kesim" as a socially responsible company has always sought to ensure the best possible employment for its employees. The company is engaged in construction work and therefore needs to have qualified personnel to perform its duties in a qualitative manner. That is why it is important for the company manager to develop his / her human resources. The project will aim to provide an opportunity to improve the knowledge and skills of employees in Geril Montazh, focusing on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups on the labor market, namely those with secondary or Lower education (at least 50% of those envisaged employees will have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4). After passing the training, the individuals will increase the adequacy of their skills to the current needs of the business. In this way, positive results will be achieved, both in their adaptation to the working conditions and in the fulfillment of the goals set by the European objectives. Within the framework of the project training will be provided for a total of 40 persons working in the company, the expected results of their passings are: - to increase the adequacy of employees' skills according to the current needs of the business, - to increase their labor productivity - to create conditions for sustainable employment and, respectively, the occupation of better quality jobs. The activities and the planned results correspond and fall within the scope of the objectives set out in Priority Axis 1, Investment Priority No 6 of the HRD OP 2014-2020.
