Increasing the knowledge and skills of the employees in NEOCHIM AD by acquiring professional qualification.

The present project proposal aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the employees in NEOCHIM PLC, which in turn will increase the productivity of the company. In order to achieve the stated goal, 8 types of training courses are envisaged, for acquiring first, second and third degree of professional qualification. The trainings, which are essential for the production of nitrogen compounds and fertilizers, as the company's activity is. The trainings will be attended by a total of 119 employees of NEOCHIM PLC, employed in the production facilities of the plant. For the successful implementation of the training sessions, set in the project proposal, NEOCHIM PLC has both the necessary territorial and material facilities, as well as with its installations, machines and equipment. Both the theoretical and practical part of the trainings will take place on the territory of the company. Being the only representative of the chemical industry and the most important employer in the Municipality of Dimitrovgrad, NEOCHIM PLC has directed its personnel policy towards preparing its own staff, raising and updating the professional competencies of the employees in order to meet the growing requirements of the economic, productive and social environment and the non-increase of the unemployment rate in the municipality. The main objective of Neochim PLC is to develop efficient and competitive production and business by increasing labor productivity of its employed. The better satisfaction of customer`s needs and expectations and the compliance with all applicable local, national and international standards will long-term ensure the sustainable development of the company.
