The project proposal "Mtel for Mtel: Dynamics and Leadership in the Digital Era" is aimed at improving labor productivity and creating sustainable employment for employees at A1 Bulgaria EAD by training that contributes to increasing the ability of the employees to face the dynamic changes in the telecommunications sector and the current needs of the company. Within the project 216 employees by A1 Bulgaria will undergo training in key competence 4 "Digital competence". The training for the 240 employees of the company will be focused on 3 digital competency courses as follows: 170 employees trained for "Working with Microsoft Excel"; 46 employees will passed Microsoft PowerPoint course and 24 employees in Project Management with Microsoft Project. The training's will be carried out by a contractor selected under ZUSESIF and PMS 160 / 07.01.2016 on the conditions and procedures for determining the contractor by beneficiaries of grants given, and according to the instructions of the Guide for beneficiaries. The duration of the project is 13 months.
