Training course of Metarex employees

Metarex Co. Ltd. has been established in 1992. The company has main activity code of NACE.BG-2008 “38.32 Recycling of sorted wastes” and it is among the priority sectors of the program. The company has licensed sites and offices in Shumen, Varna, Dobrich, Sofia and others. The company has a total of 145 employees. The main objective of the development of Metarex Co. Ltd. is to strengthen and increase the competitiveness and efficiency of the company by improving and adapting the available human resources in accordance with market requirements, globalization and technological changes through quality and adequate training and long-term employment In accordance with the acquired qualification. The management plans with the financing of this project to introduce into training and to train 17 employees of the company. The project activities are aimed at employees with employment contracts in the company. For the target group of the project, it is envisaged to be organized trainings as per Key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" – English language - 10 employees; training for acquiring professional qualification, third degree - 3 employees for the profession "System programmer", 1 employee for the profession "Ecologist", 1 employee for the profession "Operational accountant" and 1 employee for the profession "Tax and customs broker"; training for acquiring professional qualification, second degree - 1 employee for the profession "Assistant in marketing activities" .
