Increasing the professional qualification of the employees in "Master - Plastic" Ltd.

The project "Increasing the Professional Qualification of the Employees in" Master - Plastic "Ltd has as its main objective" To give the employees the opportunity to increase their professional qualification and abilities in the field of production of joinery ". In order to achieve the general objective, a specific objective 1 is formulated, namely: To provide the opportunity to form new knowledge, skills and professional qualification for a total of 90 persons employed in "Master-Plastic" Ltd. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Making a selection of an external contractor for carrying out vocational training courses; 2. Conducting training for acquiring the professional qualification of the employees in "Master-Platic" Ltd. By implementing these activities, the following measurable results will be achieved: 1) One company from Sofia will increase the qualification of its staff; 2) A total of 90 persons employed (of which at least 50% of them with secondary and / or undergraduate education) at Master-Plastic Ltd. occupy different positions will acquire a second qualification degree in the following professions: - 75 people from the positions - Machine operator - 69 people and 6 common workers are expected to undergo training for acquiring the profession "Machine operator" (code 521030); -15 people in the position of "Technical Assistant will undergo training for the acquisition of a profession" Office Secretary "(code 346020). 3) As a result of the implementation of the project activities, sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of the employed in the labor market, corresponding to the needs of the business, in the production sphere will be ensured.
