Providing additional professional qualification for employees in maintenance of specialized equipment in Topaz Mel Ltd.

The present project proposal is for the providing vocational training in the "Machine Technician" specialty to employees of "Topaz Mel" Ltd., aiming at improving their professional skills and competences. The employees in the production complex are responsible for different daily activities - silos storage for grain and mill equipment for flour production. On one hand they are involved in maintenance and control of the efficient operation of the mechanical installations and equipment, they are repairing them in due time and they find the reasons for the wastage of the different details, and on the other they must use technical documentation and software products. This project aims to enable the company's staff to maintain better the production capacities by using modern machinery and equipment in their everyday work. Participation in regular training courses is an important part of the employee's work in every company, so that the employees can acquire up-to-date knowledge, more confidence and independence in their daily practice of the profession.
