Cremio AD, the legal successor to Kodap EOOD, is the biggest producer of vegetable whipping cream products on the Balkans and one of the leaders on the market for dairy products with the My Day trademark. Globalization and increasing competition require a dynamic adaptation of the enterprise to the changing needs of the economy and the labor market. As a result, and in line with the global tendencies towards an environmentally friendly way of life, the company is investing in the production of healthy food products, including those suitable for people with special dietary regimens. Any support for the employers, through the BG05M9OP001-1.021 "Employee Training" procedure, which aims to improve the ability of employees to face the emerging labour market changes resulting from globalization, technological changes and the aging of the population, will contribute to solving the problems of sustainable employment, responding to the current needs of the business. The activities included in the current project proposal of the applicant are directed to increase the adequacy of the knowledge, skills and competence of the employees of the company, namely: - Provide training to 46 labour agreement employees of Cremio AD to acquire a professional qualification for the specialty 5410501 "Food and Beverage Industry" (Ist Degree of Professional Qualification), profession 541050 "Food and Beverage Industry Worker" /18 persons/ and for the specialty 5410202 "Milk and Dairy Products Manufacturing" (IInd DPQ), profession 541020 "Food and Beverage Industry Operator" (28 persons), from the Professional Field "Food and Beverage Industry Technologies" with code 541 in the LPVET; - Provide English language training - Key Competence 2 "Foreign language teaching" according to the European Qualifications Framework for 54 employees of Cremio AD - Information and communication activities - Project organization and management
