Training of the employees in ALEMIK LTD

The present project proposal is aimed at increasing the professional qualification and the acquiring of key competencies of the employees in the company "ALEMIK" Ltd, Lom. This is fully in line with the priorities set by the HRD Program 2014-2020, namely: Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups in formal, non-formal and unofficial learning, updating and modernizing knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, and promoting flexible learning processes, including through career guidance and validation of the acquired competencies. In Alemik Ltd., Lom are working a total of 22 employees. In order to increase their educational level and key competencies the following trainings are envisaged: 1. Training of 8 people for the profession "Office Manager" code 346010, specialty "Business Administration" code 3460101, third DPQ. 2. Training of 14 people for the profession "Worker in the food industry" code 541050, specialty "Food industry" code 5410501, first DPQ 3. Training of 8 people for KC2 - Communication in foreign languages, English language training on three levels for 300 hours. 4. Training of 14 people for KC4 - Digital Competence, topic: Computer training for beginners. Purpose of the project: Training to increase the professional qualification and increase the ability of the employees in Alemik Ltd to meet the rapid changes in the labor market. Activities and measures to achieve the objectives: 1. Training for acquiring professional qualification. 2. Training for acquiring key competencies. 3. Organization and management. 4. Information and publicity. Planned results: 1. Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employees according to the actual needs of the company. 2. Increasing labor productivity of workers. 3. Creating conditions for sustainable employment and career development. 4. Find better quality jobs.
