Upgrading the knowledge, skills and competencies of employees in Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment "Prof. Dr. K. Chilov" and Foundation "Dissemination of knowledge and social activities - Avicena"

The realization of the present project will help Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment "Prof. Dr. K. Chilov" and Foundation "Dissemination of knowledge and social activities - Avicena" to satisfy the need to improve the qualification of the employed persons, in which the fluency in English and the reliability in the processing of Documents becomes a condition for quality, competitiveness and high standard of work. The overall objective of the project is to increase the labor productivity and the adequacy of the skills of the employees in the two organizations and to create conditions for sustainable employment by including them in training relevant for the respective position. The project target group includes 100 employees from the two companies (98 from the Hospital engaged in the White sector and 2 from the Foundation over 54 years). The main activities of the project are related to organizing and conducting of trainings in two directions: for acquisition of professional qualification - first degree - Text processing - for 40 employees and for acquiring a key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - per 72 employees , Project organization and management activities and information and communication activities. The expected results are: - 40 Trained and certified persons of the Hospital by profession "Computer operator" code 482030, subject "Text processing" code 4820301, Level of training: First degree. - 72 Trained and certified persons with an acquired level of English language; - increased motivation to work; - improved competitive positions; - increased economic performance of organizations in the region and the country
