Training for Better Development

The "Learning for Better Development" project has as its main objective "To give employees in Ultrastroy EOOD the opportunity to increase their professional qualifications and abilities in the field of construction. To achieve the overall goal, the following Specific Objectives are formulated: 1. To provide the opportunity for the formation of new knowledge and skills and the acquisition of prof. qualification of a total of 105 p. in a perspective area for professional realization, such as construction. 2. To provide the opportunity to form key competences for communication in a foreign language to a total of 105 p . These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Conducting training for acquiring professional qualification of the employees in the company. 2. Conducting training on key foreign language competence of the company's employees. By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: 1) Ultrastroy Ltd. will increase the qualification of its staff; 2) A total of 105 p. in the company occupying different positions will acquire 2nd and 3rd qualification degree in the following professions: - 95 p.- "Zidaromazach", "Kofragis", "Worker flooring and flooring", "intends to undergo training for acquiring the profession" Constr. technician "(code 582010), Sp., Constr. And architecture, '' (c.5820101) - III SPC; - 10 p. "Armaturist" will undergo training for the acquisition of the profession "Constructor - installer" (c. 582040), Sp.- Reinforced concrete constructions (c.5820401) - II SPK; - 105 p. from the positions - "Zidaromazach", "Kofarizist", "Worker flooring and flooring". "Armaturist" will undergo training on key competency - Foreign Language - English L. Training. 3) As a result of the implementation of the project activities, sustainable employment and greater competitiveness of the employed in the labor market will be ensured, meeting the needs of the business sector in the field of construction.
