Investing and improving the qualification of the employees in Chimkomplekt engineering AD

The integration of the Bulgarian labor market into the single European market, the rapid penetration of the new information and communication technologies and the ongoing restructuring processes of the national economy raise the question of the ability of the employees to meet the changes that are taking place. In this regard, employers' demands on the workforce are constantly increasing in terms of skills for working with new production, information and communication. The objectives of this project address the main problem of this group - the lack of qualified jobs in the labor market, offering opportunities for sustainable and long-term development. Target group are employed, self-employed and employed persons in Chimkomplekt engineering AD, with a sphere of activity in the priority creative and cultural sector of the economy with Code 71.11 Architectural activities The overall objective of the project proposal is to increase the ability of employees to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of structural factors such as globalization, technological change, aging. Specific objectives: - Raising staff skills and skills by conducting language courses and digital competencies focused on the nature of positions held; - Improving the skills of the employees, enhancing their career development opportunities, finding better and more appropriate work by conducting trainings tailored to their job. - Promoting the EU contribution and HRD OP. - Efficient and efficient cost management, ensuring maximum performance against reasonable means; Basic activities: Action 1: Key competences training for employees under the European Qualifications Framework on: Key Competency 2 "Foreign Language Communication"; Action 2: Training for Key Competencies for Employees under the European Qualifications Framework on: Key Competence 4 "Digital Competence"
