Improvement of hospital services and professionalism of the staff by teaching English in Tsar Ferdinand Ltd hospital

The aim of the procedure, according which the project will be maintained is to increase the ability of the staff to meet the approaching changes at the labor market. As a respond to these contemporary challenges, the aim of the project is in the frame of the fulfillment of its activity to obtain and improve knowledge in English language and also adaptation of the people, working at the Tsar Ferdinand Specialized Ltd hospital of pneumophtysiatric diseases for long lasting treatment and rehabilitation. The fulfillment of the exact points of the project will be maintained by fulfillment of the compulsory activities of the project and by the main activity: “Teaching for acquiring basic competence of working people, according to European qualification frame at: Basic competence “Communicating in foreign language” – English language”. The education will be organized in three groups of 14 people, 42 people total. It will be realized by Teaching organization, the education will last not less than 300 classes at three levels, lasting for 8 months. As a result of the maintaining of the clearly and exactly depicted activities in the project, it is expected the realization of the set aims of the project and fulfilling of the planned results: increasing the level of knowledge of English by implementation of successful teaching for more than 90% of the whole group working in the prior branch of the economics according to the requirements of the project; improved communication in English; getting better professional success; making easier medical service for foreign patients. The realization of these aims is shown by the indexes of fulfillment and results. A strict system of inner control will be realized for the fulfillment and rendering an account of the activities. All the expenditures, taken into consideration, direct and indirect, are in accordance to the project, in which exact dimensional, attainable and contemporary aims are planned on deadline.
