"Increasing the qualification of the persons employed in the company in" EMDIEL "EOOD"

The aim of the present project "Enhancement of the qualification of the employees in the company" EMDILE "Ltd. is to increase the professional qualification of the employees as sales and consulting employees in" EMDILE "Ltd. To achieve this goal it is planned to include them in professional Training in the "Trade" specialty. During the drafting of the present project proposal, besides the needs of the company and the specific needs identified by the target group representatives, namely: qualitative and long-term employment, acquisition of knowledge corresponding to the occupation, motivation for work, communication with clients. Through the realization of its specific goal, the project will contribute to the motivation and competitiveness of ,,EMDIEL'' Ltd employees and hence to increase the efficiency of their work according to the dynamic working environment. The company aims to realize the following main activity of the project: Activity 1: Conducting Vocational Training of the Employees in ,,EMDIEL'' Ltd Target group in the project proposal will be the persons employed in ,,EMDIEL'' Ltd who hold the position of "Seller-consultant", which are 190 people. The following measurable results will be achieved through the implementation of these activities: - 190 employees, employed in the company, will be trained under the third degree in the profession "Economist", specialty "Trade";
