Acquiring professional qualification and key competencies of the employees in BULGARIAN BEACHWEAR Ltd.

The project "Acquiring professional qualification and key competencies of the employees in BULGARIAN BEACHWEAR Ltd." has as its main purpose "To give employees the possibility to increase their professional qualification in the field of clothes production and the skills for communication in a foreign language". In order to achieve the overall goal, the following specific objectives are formulated: Specific objective 1: To increase the professional qualification for the formation of new knowledge, skills of 30 persons employed in BULGARIAN BEACHER Ltd. Specific objective 2: Formation of key competencies through key competences 2 "Communication in foreign languages" of total 12 persons. These objectives will be achieved by implementing the following activities: 1. Conducting training for acquiring the professional qualification of the employees in BULGARIAN BEACHWEAR Ltd. 2. Conducting training to acquire Key Competencies in Key Competency 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English language. With the realization of these activities, the following measurable results will be achieved: 1) One company from Parvomay municipality will increase the qualification of its employees 2) 30 employees (of which at least 50% of them with secondary and/or lower education) in BULGARIEN BEACHER Ltd. in different work positions, will acquire the first qualification degree by profession: "Tailor" (542110) 3) 12 employees in the company, will be trained in Key Competence 2 "Communication In foreign languages ​​"- English. During the drafting of the project proposal, the needs of the company and the specific identified needs of the target group representatives were taken into account: quality and long-term employment, knowledge acquisition, job motivation, correspondence with clients in a foreign language. Through the realization of its specific goal, the project will contribute to the motivation and competitiveness of the employees and thus to the efficiency of their work.
