Training for "KRUSHATA" EOOD Employees

The current project aim proposal problems related to the lack of qualification of the workers employed in "Krushata" EOOD or the need this qualification to be increased. This is going to provide the opportunity to the workers to adapt the changes on the labour market by acquiring "usable" knowledge and skills and create the conditions for job sustainability and improvement of the quality of jobs. The target group of the project consists of 34 people employed in Krushata EOOD who are directly involved in the production of textile and knitwear products. According to the Applicant Guide at least 50% of the target group are going to be persons above 54 years of age and or with secondary education or lower. Through the project proposal "Krushata" EOOD is going to provide vocational training for the qualification "Manufacture of textile apparel" (second degree of professional qualification) for 34 workers and employees engaged in the production of clothing. In addition English language training for 12 workers is planned. The expected results from the implementation of the project and in particular its two activities are: - acquired or increased qualification for the qualification "Manufacture of textile apparel" of 32 employees in "Krushata" EOOD; - Increased competence for communication of foreign languages ​​(English) to 12 employees in "Krushata" EOOD; - improved opportunities of career development; - improved quality and sustainability of jobs.
