"Trainings for employees in "AQ Magnit" AD"

“AQ MAGNIT” AD is a Joint-Stock Company specialized in the development and manufacturing of inductive components from 1VA to 3MVA, cable connections, relays, electrical industry products and is an employer of 400 people. The overall Project objective is to "Increase the capacity of people employed at "AQ MAGNIT" AD to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result from the structural factors, by providing trainings leading to increasing adequacy of their skills in accordance with the current business needs, increasing labor productivity and creating conditions for sustainable employment and better jobs." In the context of the overall objective, the following eligible activities are planned for implementation: 1:To provide vocational training in order to acquire or enhance their Professional qualification (PQ) as employees-as a result,a total of 35 employees are planned to undergo vocational training to acquire Professional Qualification Level 2 of the Profession 521030"Machine operator",Specialty 5210301 "Metal cutting machines" and Professional Qualification as part of the Profession at Professional Competence Level 3,Profession 522010 "Electrical Engineering",Specialty 5220101 "Electrical Machines and Apparatuses". 2:Training to acquire Key Competencies (KC) of employees under the European Qualifications Framework: KC 4 "Digital Competence" - as a result, a total of 15 employees are planned to undergo training to work with specialized product line software, word processing programs, spreadsheet programs, databases, information storage and management and communication by electronic means; 3:Project organization and management, as a result the effective organization of the Project implementation will be ensured; 4:Information and communication activities - as a result,information and publicity measures will be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for implementing the information and communication rules for 2014-2020.
