Development of key comptencies of employes of Fond Zatvorno delo

The "Development of Key Competencies of the Employees of the State Enterprise" Fund "Zatvorno delo" project has as main objective: "To increase the professional competencies of the employees in the administrative divisions of the State Enterprise" Fund "Zatvorno delo"" through the formation of new key competences for more effective implementation Of their official duties. To achieve the overall goal, the following Specific Objectives are formulated: 1.To improve the knowledge and skills for communication in English of employees of the administrative units of the Fund "Zatvorno delo"" . 2.To improve the knowledge and skills for working with modern computer and information technologies of the employees of the administrative units of the Fund "Zatvorno delo"" These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1.Conducting training on the key foreign language competence of employees of the Fund "Zatvorno delo"" 2.Conducting training on the key competency "Digital competence" of employees in the Fund "Zatvorno delo"" By implementing these activities, the following results will be achieved: - A total of 60 employees with different positions in the prison division's administrative divisions will acquire key competencies important for the effective performance of professional duties. - 15 employees from the administrative divisions of the enterprise in Sofia, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora will pass Key Competency training:"Communication in a Foreign Language" - three levels of English language learning; - 45 employees from the administrative units of the company in Vratsa, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Burgas, Pleven, Belene, Lovech, Sliven, Sofia will pass Key Competence Training "Digital Competence"; As a result of the implementation of the project activities will be ensured the sustainable and quality employment of the employees in the Fund "Prison Fund" and more opportunities for professional development and career development of the trained persons.
