Training for "Respromkomplekt" AD

With this project proposal the company aims to overcome problems related to the lack of qualification of some of the people employed at Respromkomplekt AD or related to the need their qualification to be improved.Thus the company is going to provide the opportunity to adapt to the changes on the labour market by acquiring"usable"knowledge and skills and create the conditions for job sustainability and improvement of the quality of jobs.The target group of the project consists of 20empl. of the company who are directly involved in engineering of complex telecommunication objects,security systems,as well as in the already built kitchen for preparing food. Acc.to the Applicant Guide at least 50% of the target group are going to be persons above 54years of age and or with secondary education or lower.With the project the company is going to provide vocational training for the qualif."Electrical installations"(3degree of prof. qualif.) for 11 of its employees, engaged in manufacturing;2workers for the qualif."Small and Medium Business"(2degree of Prof.); 2workers for the qualification"Catering"(3degree of prof, qualif,);In addition English language training for 5 employees is also planned, as well as training for Digital competence of AutoCAD for 13employees.The expected results from the implementation of the Respromkomplekt AD project are:acquired or improved qualification of "Electrical installations" for 11employees;acquired or improved qualification of "Small and Medium Business" for 2employees;acquired or improved qualification of "Catering"for 2employees;improved foreign language competence (English) for 5employees;improved digital competence of AutoCAD for 13employees;improved opportunities of career development;improved quality and sustainability of jobs;improved labor productivity,which provides higher incomes,prerequisite for increased investment, incl. in human capital,higher degree of satisfaction of the needs of the people.
