Establishing conditions for sustainable employment in "Euro Joly" Ltd. by increasing the competencies of the company’s employees

The project provides organization and implementation of professional training and education, and special training and education for acquiring the key competencies – English lessons for the employees. The target group for the project is 20 people with labor contracts with the company, working in prioritized sector in the economy. The project will improve the skills and knowledge of the people, who work in the personal services sector. When investing in the human capital for improving its qualities, the goal is to improve the quality of the labor in the company and increasing the productivity and the adaptability of the employees. In this project 14 people will be trained for Operator in textile production and Operator in clothing production. 20 people will go through English classes.
