Training of employees in SHIPD "Prof.Ivan Kirov" JSC

The project proposal of SHIPD "Prof. Ivan Kirov" EAD Sofia is aimed at improving the productivity of labor and creating sustainable employment for employees in the hospital through training that contributes to enhancing the ability of employees to meet the dynamic changes in the healthcare sector and the current needs of the healthcare facility. Within the project 167 employees will undergo the following training: - 35 persons employed under the employment contract at SHIPD "Prof. Ivan Kirov" EAD Sofia to undertake vocational training for the acquisition of a third degree of professional qualification in the field of "Health Assistant" code 723010, specialty "Health Care" code 7230101; - 42 persons employed under the employment contract at SHIPD "Prof. Ivan Kirov" EAD Sofia to undertake vocational training for the acquisition of a second degree of professional qualification in "Caregiver" profession code 723020, specialty "Health care" code 7230201; - 90 persons employed on the labor contract at SHIPD "Prof. Ivan Kirov" EAD Sofia to undergo Key Competency Training 4 "Digital Competence". Design courses fully comply with the needs of SHIPD "Prof. Ivan Kirov" as an employer as well as the specifics of the hospital activities and are an integral part of the duties of the representatives of the target groups. The training's will be carried out by a contractor selected under ZUSESIF and MCD 160 / 07.01.2016 on the conditions and procedures for determining the contractor by beneficiaries of grants given, and according to the instructions of the Guide for beneficiaries. Successfully completed courses with a proven presence of at least 80% of the coursework for the relevant training and with a final test/state exam will receive a document, certifying the completed training.
