Establishing conditions for sustainable employment in ARTE HOTEL Ltd. by increasing the competencies of the company’s employees

The project provides organization and implementation of professional training and education, and special training and education for acquiring the key competencies – English lessons for the employees. The target group for the project is 123 people with labor contracts with the company, aged over 54 years or people with high school or lower education. The project will improve the skills and knowledge of the people, who work in the hospitality industry. When investing in the human capital for improving its qualities, the goal is to improve the quality of the labor in the company and increasing the productivity and the adaptability of the employees. During this project 98 people will be trained for Hotel Administrator, Animator, Chef, Waiter/ss-Bartender, Chambermaid, Worker in the food and leisure restaurants. 123 people will go through English classes.
